The Pelham community is invited to join us at 6:30pm on Thursday, October 9 as we kick-off Pelham Ignites the Elements – a yearlong celebration of STEM with a visit by New York Times bestselling author Sam Kean to the PMHS Auditorium!
Mr. Kean, an amazing storyteller, will share insights about his book “The Disappearing Spoon,” which is the basis for this year’s science celebration. As part of his visit, Mr. Kean will explore the world of science and his life as a science writer. Other works authored by Mr. Kean include “The Violinist’s Thumb,” “The Tale of the Dueling Neurosurgeons,” “Ceasar’s Last Breath,” and his newest book “Dinner with King Tut,” among others.
Tickets are free, but space is limited. Please register now to reserve your spot! Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
